Adam works with family offices and financial institutions to design thoughtful, strategic approaches to private asset investing. Drawing on over two decades of experience across global institutions, Adam focuses on helping clients navigate the complexities of private markets - from investment strategy to selective manager due diligence. He leverages AI tools to streamline document-heavy processes, freeing up time to deeply assess the people and culture within investment organisations - an essential factor in building conviction. Currently, he’s advising a private bank on how to bring private equity access to clients, balancing regulatory opportunity with the fast-evolving landscape of evergreen product innovation.
Evergreen and semi-liquid structures are gaining traction as a way to blend access, adaptability, and operational efficiency for private wealth investors. These vehicles are evolving to accommodate personalised liquidity needs, with innovations such as customised drawdown strategies and dynamic rebalancing mechanisms to enhance investor experience. This session will explore how evergreen funds are being embedded into multi-manager programmes to achieve diversification across vintages, strategies and liquidity tiers, while also addressing the operational challenges that can impede scale.
Operational inefficiencies remain a major barrier to scaling private markets access, particularly when serving a higher number of smaller tickets. Complex workflows - from onboarding and KYC to capital calls, reporting and disclosures - can slow delivery, inflate cost-to-serve, and strain internal resources. This session will examine the pressure points where outdated processes are holding managers back and explore the questions firms must address when integrating digital solutions. Discover where automation is most urgently needed, what frictions digital platforms are best positioned to resolve, and why streamlining operations is becoming central to competitive advantage.
The FCA faces the challenge of balancing innovation with investor protection. This session will explore the implications of the new PISCES framework for private wealth channels, how the initiative aims to strike the right balance between protection and progress, and what regulatory innovations are in the pipeline.

Identifying the right managers in private markets is becoming increasingly complex as competition intensifies and headline performance tells only part of the story. Traditional metrics like firm-level track records often mask deeper issues such as team turnover, attribution gaps, and inconsistent decision-making frameworks. This session will explore the hidden risks that can undermine manager selection, from over-reliance on legacy credentials to a lack of visibility into individual deal attribution.
Gain a clear view of where standard diligence processes fall short - and why deeper, more targeted analysis is essential to make confident allocation decisions.
