Operational inefficiencies remain a major barrier to scaling private markets access, particularly when serving a higher number of smaller tickets. Complex workflows - from onboarding and KYC to capital calls, reporting and disclosures - can slow delivery, inflate cost-to-serve, and strain internal resources. This session will examine the pressure points where outdated processes are holding managers back and explore the questions firms must address when integrating digital solutions. Discover where automation is most urgently needed, what frictions digital platforms are best positioned to resolve, and why streamlining operations is becoming central to competitive advantage.
Unlocking trust and transparency in private markets increasingly hinges on the intelligent use of data. From real-time performance tracking to predictive analytics and advanced risk modelling, new tools are transforming how investors assess opportunities and make decisions. This session will explore how cutting-edge platforms are generating insights, visualising benchmarks, and enabling more consistent due diligence and portfolio monitoring. Hear how data innovation is helping to demystify private markets, enhance comparability, and equip allocators with the clarity and conviction needed to invest with confidence at scale.
