Jessica is responsible for creating a coherent and comprehensive Private Markets offering for clients, leveraging significant private assets internal expertise and product knowledge across geographies and divisions. She sources investment opportunities in the areas of private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate, creating simplified access, as well as dedicated investment vehicles and discretionary mandates for private clients. Jessica is currently deploying the firm's offering in all geographies, combining a global platform and local approaches.

Designing a private markets portfolio involves navigating trade-offs across liquidity, access, duration, transparency, and return expectations. As wealth managers seek to balance traditional and alternative exposures, the challenge lies in building strategies that optimise allocations across evergreen funds, co-investments, secondaries and SMAs, while also uncovering overlooked or uncorrelated sources of value.
